HIGHBANK APPOINTS THOMAS O’CONNOR TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS & AUDIT COMMITEE

Vancouver, B.C. – May 03, 2022 - Highbank Resources Ltd, (TSX.V –“HBK”), (the “Company”).

New Director and Audit Committee appointment

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas (Tom) Q. O’Connor to its board of directors and audit committee.

Tom O’Connor has had over 40 years of experience in the mining industry working with a number of junior mineral exploration companies both on surface and underground. Prior to retiring in 2018 he worked for Bechtel in Canada, Chile, and Peru as a Contract Superintendent from October 1989 to February 2015 and Fluor Construction also in Chile as a Tunnel Superintendent from December 2017 to January 2018.

Further to our news release of April 22, 2022 the Company is now in compliance and has an independent board and duly constituted audit committee.
