HIGHBANK FILES COUNTERCLAIM & MOAG ADJOURNS SUMMARY TRIAL APPLICATION

Further to our news release dated May 30, 2014 Highbank Resources Ltd. has filed a counterclaim against MOAG Copper Gold Resources Inc. ("MOAG") and its directors, Bradley L. Jones and Gary Brown; alleging breach of contract and fiduciary duties and seeks the return of the 6,000,000 Highbank common shares released to MOAG; accounting for the profits from the sale of the 6,000,000 shares, interest, costs of the action, and other damages.

The summary trial application filed by MOAG’s counsel will not be proceeding June 25, 2014.
